Ms. Oliver, a Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, received her Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School.

Ms. Oliver is admitted to the Bar in the District of Columbia and Virginia. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

Ms. Oliver is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce and has served as Vice President and Legal Counsel of the Chamber. For many years, Ms. Oliver has provided legal advice to small and emerging businesses in the Dulles Corridor.

Prior to the establishment of Oliver & Oliver, P.C. in 1984, Ms. Oliver was Deputy Assistant Director, Division of Corporate Regulation, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Oliver graduated with honors from Dartmouth College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School where he was on the law review and the Uniform Commercial Code Digest.

Mr. Oliver is admitted to the Bar in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Maryland. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Supreme Court of Virginia, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals of Maryland.

Prior to the establishment of Oliver & Oliver, P.C., Mr. Oliver was a partner in a large Washington, D.C. law firm.
